Alaska's Best Wild Salmon

The best marinade for Sockeye Salmon that we have
ever had came from a fisherman
from Bristol Bay.

                                1 cup   Soy Sauce
                                2 cups  Italian Salad Dressing
                                2 pounds of Sockeye Salmon


Mix together and pour over Sockeye salmon
 for 2-4 hours.  Grill for about 4 minutes on each side.

I like to use Zesty Italian Dressing for a little more zip, but at any rate, the oil in the dressing keeps the fish moist during the grilling.

ENJOY!!


Fresh Pink Patties
1Pink
                     Salmon Filleted, skinned, boned
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
salt
                     and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients
                     with your hands like you
would meat loaf.
                      Form into small patties
and fry in hot
                     oil about a minute on each side.
Serve with
                     tartar sauce or in a bun.
